About the Activity

Anil represents a good mix of Creativity, Business and Technical Skills. In his present role at EY, he is responsible for operations and Business strategy for Learning Solution Services at GDS Bangalore center. He along with his core team work closely with EY’s multiple (Advisory, TAX, TAS, Assurance) service lines, and businesses to provide high value consulting, solution design to support Skills/Talent agenda, (Learning/Training), Knowledge acquisition and change management process to achieve workforce readiness and ROI in line with EY’s business objectives.

In the past, Anil has spent around 15 years in the “Business of Learning & Knowledge Digitalization ” and worked with Aviation, Automobiles, Education Technology & Multimedia Publishing Technology Companies to deliver high impact transformation projects. His other Interests include business and leadership reading, cognitive science, UX, music and Sports.

He is always motivated with big purposeful and ambitious ideas/goals and it is 100% fun for him to strategize and deliver results! His Interests and focus areas are Business Simulations, Experiential Learning Systems, AR/VR – Virtual & Augmented Reality, Learning Analytics, Micro-learning, Gamification, Digitalization.
