In the academic year 2022-2023, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CYBER SECURITY) was started with a 60 students intake. In the specialized field of cyber security, the expert will continuously watch for dangers coming from both inside and outside the firm. Students in this department will learn about a variety of topics, including how to build up a secure computer network and system, how to use monitoring tools and why it’s important, recognize the approaches for network security solution design, intrusion detection, and information security risk management framework. Additionally, concepts to address many elements of cybersecurity challenges in business, government, and academia will be added to the course. After completing this course, students will be qualified to apply for jobs in the industry as an ethical hacker, computer forensics investigator, security consultant, and security engineer.
