Core competence include program management, capacity building, skill development, CSR, compliances, building and managing strategic partnerships, networking with government, national and international organizations, corporate communications, knowledge sharing, employee and client orientation, research, vendor registration, and evaluation, operations, event management, professional development etc. Travelled pan India for inspection and evaluation of vendors and Vishwakarma awards. Represented India in forums like Asia construct in Japan & ACCC, Canada.

Interested in contributing to change in areas like women empowerment, rural development, education, health, agriculture, counselling, conservation and sustainable development. Promotion of humanity, art, culture, heritage, poetry, literature, value education, emotional intelligence, holistic living.
