About the Resource Person
Minerva Panda she is currently working as a Research engineer,in a NIRAMAI Health Analytix,Bangalore.Her projects are Classification of genetic risk for Pediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia (07/2018) Primarily Developed the project as part of Udacity Bertelsmann Data Science Chall enge for Children Cancer Hospital, Egypt and led a team of five international students Link: https://bit.ly/2IV46aR Breast Cancer Classifier (12/2017) Developed a Breast Cancer Classifier using Neural Networks and attained 95% accuracy on UCI Breast Cancer Diagnostic Dataset Sushruta (08/2016-09/2016) A Health Literacy Android Application especially for rural population of India.
About the Event
The department of Biomedical Engineering has conducted a Faculty development program on ” Image classification by SVM “Minerva Panda, Research Engineer NIRAMAI Health Analytix, Bangalore on 22/07/2019 to 24/07/2019 at 9:30AM at ACSCE Seminar hall 3.The faculties of biomedical Engineering and other branches have attended this workshop. There were 15 participants attended this program and gained immense knowledge on advancements in health care applications and image classification etc.
