About the Programme:
Department Electrical and Electronics engineering has organized a technical talk on 11.03.2016 at seminar hall-2 under Electrovision association. The function was presided by Dr.S S Patil, HOD EEE dept., Mr.Ananda, Asst.Prof was the speaker and he spoke on the topic “Applications of fibre Optic Current Sensor “. He focused mainly on the various control system applications of the industries in which the fibre optic current sensors are actively implemented. He spoke about his experience on the usage of fibre optic sensors in ABB Ltd., in which he has worked earlier. He explained the HALL effect principles and elaborated the basic principles in which fibre optic current sensors works. He also told about the future scope of using fibre optic sensors for other industrial control applications.the program was concluded with vote of thanks from Mr.Naveen, Asst.Prof , EEE dept
