The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Dr. ACS College of Engineering, successfully organized a technical seminar on “AI-Based Analysis of Biological Effects of Terahertz Radiation” on 11th September 2026, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

The session was delivered by Dr. Shanthi P, Associate Professor and Senior IEEE Member, Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, RV College of Engineering, Bengaluru.

The seminar provided students with valuable insights into the fundamentals of Terahertz Radiation, its biological effects, and the role of Artificial Intelligence in biomedical research. The session highlighted emerging approaches for AI-based analysis, prediction, and interpretation of biomedical data, helping students understand the potential of AI in advancing healthcare technologies and research.

The interactive session encouraged students to explore emerging interdisciplinary areas connecting Biomedical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and healthcare innovation.
