The Department of Mathematics under the Mathematical Club ‘Mathxplore’ had conducted the following events on

1. Technical Talk: April 5th 2019.
2. Math Collage: April 2nd 2019.

The Programme started with the blessings of God in presence of the dignitaries, Dr.Indira, Prof and HOD, NMIT, Benagluru, Dr. B H Veena,Prof and Head,and other faculties and students.

Mrs.Shruthi T S welcomed the chief guest and the gathering.

A brief report of objectives and activities of the Mathxplore club were informed by Dr. B H Veena Prof and Head.

The Technical Talk on “Introduction and applications of Markov chain’s”was given by Dr.Indira Prof and Head,NMIT Benagluru.Her talk was inspiring interactive and informative. She gave several examples of real life which can be solved by Markov Chain Concept.

The programme ended by vote of thanks, Dr.Pradeep kumar K T faculty Dept of Mathematics.

The events were conducted by faculty coordinators Raghavendra K and Shruthi T S and students coordinators. Three groups were declared as winners. The cash Prize and the certificates were distributed to the winners, Participants and the volunteers.

HOD thanked all the faculties, student coordinators, Participants and a mention of special thanks to Raghavendra. K faculty coordinator of the club for his effort in organizing the club events.
