Industrial Visit to BPL Medical Technologies
On 6th August 2026, the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Dr. ACS College of Engineering organized an Industrial Visit to BPL Medical Technologies, Bengaluru, for the 7th Semester BME students.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to the manufacturing of advanced medical devices, including anesthesia workstations, X-ray systems, fluoroscopy systems, videography systems, syringe pumps, and patient monitors. Students also gained insights into the company’s quality assurance and testing processes, helping them connect classroom learning with real-world industrial practices.
The industrial visit offered an enriching learning experience and enhanced students’ understanding of the latest technologies and quality standards in the biomedical engineering industry.
