The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Dr. ACS College of Engineering (Dr. ACSCE), is organising a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Effective Curriculum Design and Evaluation Process for Autonomy.”

The programme aims to equip faculty members and academic administrators with practical knowledge and skills for designing outcome-based curricula, developing course outcomes (COs) and programme outcomes (POs), planning assessments, and implementing effective evaluation strategies aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP), NBA and NAAC requirements.

The FDP will feature expert sessions, hands-on curriculum design workshops, CO–PO mapping exercises, assessment rubric preparation and interactive discussions. It will also provide insights into curriculum revision, feedback mechanisms, modern teaching–learning strategies and best practices adopted by autonomous institutions.

One-Day Faculty Development Program(FDP)

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Dr. ACS College of Engineering is organizing a One-Day Faculty Development Program on “Effective Curriculum Design and Evaluation Process for Autonomy.”

The program aims to enhance faculty members’ understanding of curriculum design, academic planning, and evaluation practices in an autonomous institution, supporting continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
