DR. VIKTOR ANARTOLYEVICH LAZARENKO, RECTOR, #KURSK State Medical University, was awarded with an Honorary Doctor of Science Degree (Honoris Causa) for his remarkable services and contributions in the field of medical care and medical education for the last 35 years. Based on the directives proposed by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri.
