About the Program :The Guest Lecture titled “Integrated Avionics System” was organized to enhance the knowledge of Aerospace Engineering students in basic and advanced Aircraft instruments and its systems.
The program was started at 3.00PM with the welcome speech by Dr.R.Mukesh Head of the Department & introduced the resource person. The resource person handled an interactive session about the application of integrated avionics system. The resource person enumerated the following points.
- Avionics System Functionalities-Civil and Fighter Aircrafts
- Avionics Subsystems common to all aircrafts
- Pilot Vehicle Interface and Human Factors
- Cockpit Display Systems
- Avionics Hardware Design Process.
At the end of the session, students interacted with the resource person. Students expressed their gratitude that the program was highly informative and useful. Finally the Guest Lecture ended with the vote of thanks by Dr.C.Suresh, Associate Professor.
