Outcome of the Program :

The technical talk on 22nd September 2017 by Suresh Chakala was a very informative session. The basics of Automation and Mechatronics was briefed with few examples. We were also introduced to Siemens as a company of multiple services and product designs.

PLC logic for industrial application of filling the tank using multiple valves was thought. It gave us pretty good introduction to industrial automation. Also, IOT applications in industrial automation was told. We were introduced to different industrial revolutions phases.

Practical orientation of automation was given by showing devices LOGO and HMI. Marketing on joining SMSCP certification course was the last part of the talk. overall the session was good and interactive.
