About the Activity:
The term ‘Nava’ in our name signifies innovation. FlyNava was established in 2015, with an idea to put an end to the stagnation that was impeding the pricing world.In April, 2017 with the launch of Jupiter, an industry-first pricing solution in the big data analytics space we not only won our first customer but also entered the US and Europe markets. Jupiter is designed to solve the strategic and tactical challenges faced by the pricing analyst while deciding on pricing, thus reducing the complexity and increasing the profitability for them. At Flynava, we believe in using open source technologies and all our methods are validated by the industrial best practices.
Sonata Software Training & Placement Program

About the Activity:
Sonata Software has colloborated with ISERT to get trained and good talent for their operations in Bangalore. Training will be provided by ISERT and Sonata Software online and contact sessions will be held at Rajarajeswari Group of Institutions, Mysore road, Bangalore. The following process will be adhered to 1. ISERT will send notifications to all its member colleges students in the final year to take up the preliminary test to join Sonata through ISERT Program. The test will be conducted online for Aptitude and 1 technical stream (Java, Phyton etc). ISERT will also verify the academic credentials during this phase2. Sonata will conduct an entrance test for the selected candidates from ISERT and once selected Sonata will provide advance offer letters with mutually agreed conditions through ISERT for the respective students 3. ISERT will train the students with Sonata guidance for 3 months. The training cost will be paid by the selected students and shall be paid to ISERT directly through online (Rs. 15,000 )4. Sonata will be paying a stipend of Rs 3000 per month for the selected students during the project semester. 5. Sonata will conduct series of assessments during training period and in case if the candidate is not able to perform as per the minimum expectations, (Being irregular to the training classes, scoring below average in most of the assessments conducted during the course of the training) and such candidates will be dropped from the program and the training cost paid to ISERT will not be refunded. 6. Sonata will provide conditional offer letters after the selection before the training commences. 7. Students selected for Sonata program will not be able to participate in other placement activities conducted by the college8. Students will be directly taken into the rolls of Sonata after the successful completion of the training 9. In a rare condition, students not joining Sonata Software after the training and selection will have to pay 5 times the training cost to ISERT and return the stipend provided by Sonata, without which the college will not be releasing the course completion certificate and mark cards. (Sonata along with ISERT will conduct an online program briefing meeting for the students who have cleared the initial round of evaluation)
