The ACS Institution’s Innovation Council at ACS College of Engineering is organizing a workshop on “Raising Capital and Managing Finance for Startups” to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills required to secure funding and manage financial aspects of a startup. Led by Mr. Lokesh B S, an experienced mentor and consultant, this session will provide valuable insights into financial strategies, investment opportunities, and best practices for startup success.
Programme Objective
The IIC Workshop on Raising Capital and Managing Finance for Startups aims to equip entrepreneurs with essential skills in securing funding and managing their finances effectively. Participants will gain knowledge of various funding sources, such as venture capital, angel investors, and government schemes. They will also learn how to create robust financial plans, manage cash flow, and pitch to investors. The workshop emphasizes understanding legal frameworks and risk management strategies to ensure sustainable business growth. Overall, it prepares startups to navigate the financial landscape and build solid foundations for long-term success.
