Resource Person 1: The Soft Skill Session was chaired by Mrs. Soma Mukherjee, expert in Personality Development. She has done PG Diploma in Personnel Management and Bachelors in Science with 8+ years of experience in corporate training, campus and NLP practitioner trainer.20 years of experience of in software industry. She has successfully completed Campus training in many prestigious colleges in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. She has won various awards for creativity (music, singing, dance, art, modelling, photography), Karnataka Suvarna Award and was featured in newspaper articles.
Resource Person 2: The Soft Skill Session was chaired by Mrs. Priyadarshini, Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude Trainer. Good at engaging the student’s hands-on experience and make them feel comfortable with the course they choose. She is a senior technical consultant with personable and adaptable professional with 3 years of training experience. She has handled around 300+ students for internship both on-campus and off-campus and trained nearly 70+ student’s both experienced and fresher in “SELENIUM WEB DRIVER” and also made them do hands-on experience with the project from the companies PYODA, BOSCH, WIPRO, ETC.,
A 15 day training session on “Skill Training in Soft Skills & Trending Technology” collaborated with ICT Academy was organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering from 15th March 2021 to 3rd April 2021 at ACS College of Engineering. The complete course duration of the Skill Training was 110 hours, whereas soft skill training was conducted for 50 hours and Technology training was conducted for 60 hours.

On account of the first session on “Soft Skill Training” the resource person trained in grammar, Phonetics, Vocabulary, Personal Communication, Business Communication, Group Discussion and Interview Preparatory, the sectors where the students can deploy their strength, skills and education. She also defined what they have to learn to be a better fit for roles in Corporate. The session was very interesting and gave the opportunity to discuss about the types of interview, virtual interview and traits to exhibit in an interview. The basic idea of this training is to enhance the knowledge of Personality Development.
On account of the second session on “Technical Skills” the resource person trained on SQL. SQL is the most mainstream language that is used to access databases because it can work with any database. The databases, with which you interface, are programs that enable clients to store and manage information in a logical manner. The aim of the training is to enhance the knowledge on SQL where it helps the student to crack the interview. This session enriched student’s mastery of technical skills.
