PUBLICATION
The Proceedings of ICISDIKSA-2026 – 2026
will be submitted for publication in Advances in Intelligent
Systems Research (Springer Series). Also, out of the papers being presented, extended versions of
shortlisted and recommended papers, from each track, shall be considered for publication in International
Journal of Public Mental Health & Neurosciences (non-paid).

REVIEW PROCESS
Upon initial submission of the manuscript,
the author will be acknowledged of the receipt via e-mail. All
papers submitted for publication are immediately subjected to preliminary editorial scrutiny by the
Editor-in-Chief regarding their suitability. Articles written in poor English language or not conforming to
guidelines will either be rejected or returned to the authors to rectify the shortcomings. Manuscripts that
appear to be suitable are then subjected to double-blind peer-review by neutral eminent experts.
