Now, who does not know Elon Musk, the name behind Tesla, the founder of Space X, a man who thinks the un-thinkable. Yes, he is presently working on a project which promises to take you anywhere on earth just under an hour’s time, most of the major locations within 30 minutes too. However naive it may sound, he has actually a presentation ready and you can go watch it on his web page. The space craft designed for this project is named as the Big F****** rocket, popularly called BFR.
In a recent presentation held in Adelaide at the International Astronautical Congress, this master mind revealed his idea about making commuting around the world faster than ever before. His idea is about using a spacecraft reusable off-course to commute from one place to another like we use it to commute to the space.

Besides, he also focused on one more important project which was to colonize Mars and Moon by the ear 2022 – 2024. As per his presentation, space X planning to send cargo to Mars by 2022 and cargo with crew by 2024. The surprise part was but the addition to the plan of using the BFR for transportation on earth. Transportation from Earth to Earth that too under one hour was the cherry of the cake but what he showed was just a trailer of sorts without more details.
Musk harped on the fact that the best part of travelling through space was that once the craft left the earth’s atmosphere there would be no friction at all. Hence, you can do the commute in half an hour’s time, most of the long distance tours.
Well, if you think this is some kind of a typo then Elon Musk has an answer to that. According to him it is aspiration and not typo. According to him, this is big thinking but will work.
Perhaps, the Tesla age is due to dawn and very soon rather than we thought.
